• Load out: Sunday, June 4 (afternoon/evening load out volunteers are truly appreciated!)

Hospitality & Room Parties

Are you planning to host a party? Email hotel@conquestkc.org to let them know. Please note:

1. Your room must be assigned to the hospitality floor.
2. You will be asked to sign the ConQuesT Party Host Rules.
3. If you wish to host a party on the party floor for either Friday or Saturday night, we ask that you reserve the room for both nights.
